YERO COLORS NATURAL Gel Colors – a series of water-soluble gel food colors based on natural pigments.
They are designed for coloring creams, fondant, icing, decorations.
YERO COLORS Natural Gel Colors are not thermally stable and may react with certain ingredients. We recommended testing on a small amount of product prior to final use.
Orange – annatto pigment (fruit of the achiote tree).
Red – carmine pigment (extract from Coccus Sactis insects), reacts with dairy products with more than 15% fat by changing color to brown.
Yellow – curcumin pigment (rhizome of the Curcuma longa plant).
Green – chlorophyll pigment (spinach, nettle), has a very slight grassy taste.
Blue – spirulina pigment (blue-green algae Spirulina), has a slight marine taste.
Purple – anthocyanin pigment (black carrot).
Pink – carmine pigment (extract from Coccus Sactis insects), color is bright pink, dye is economical in use.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, natural colors.
Shelf life: 12 months.
