GEM YERO COLORS – a series of water-soluble gel food colors with a shimmer effect. Thanks to the inclusion of fine sparkling particles, the color of the dye acquires an impressive shimmer similar to that of gemstones.
They are designed for external application on confectionery products.
Colors: amethyst, aquamarine, bronze, chrysolite, emerald, gold, garnet, silver, spinel.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, propylene glycol, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, food colors. The product does not contain animal-derived ingredients.
Shelf life: 18 months.
