It is designed for thickening, stabilizing, and moisture retention. It is used for making jellies, marmalades, marshmallows, jams, creams, soufflés, etc.
It dissolves at temperatures of 95-100°C and retains its gelling properties even after multiple heatings. It sets at 35-40°C.
AGAR-AGAR YERO COLORS is odorless, tasteless, and colorless. It has a rich composition of microelements, low-calorie, and is suitable for all age groups and vegans.
